**Marketing Executive - Out Door Catering - Seasoned Events**

**Location**: Painters Hall, 9 Little Trinity Ln, London EC4V 2AD

**Salary**: £35,000 per annum

**Holiday**: 33 days including bank holidays per annum

**Days of work**: Monday - Friday

**Hours**: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Attendance at evening events (and occasional weekend events) is an integral part of the job._

**The role**
We are looking for someone to join our team at Seasoned Events - a venue management and catering company working at such iconic venues as the Natural History Museum, Madame Tussauds & Kew Gardens.

You will create and execute a creative and successful marketing strategy to drive the brand and sales for Seasoned Events, in addition there will be a requirement for occasional sales support across the Seasoned Events business.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing**
- To develop and execute a marketing strategy for Seasoned Events with creative and engaging ideas.
- Record and present the results from monthly marketing activities to highlight successful campaigns and any amendments needed for further campaigns.
- Designing and scheduling regular social media posts for the Seasoned brands and partner venues.
- Design and undertake paid social media campaigns.
- Design and undertake PPC campaigns.
- Suggest content and write blogs for Seasoned brands and partner venues.
- Suggest topics and produce e-shots.
- Collecting and advising others on new content to use for promotion of the Seasoned brand.

**PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE**
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all Seasoned Events Venues / Crown Partnership products.
- Be able to promote the appropriate Seasoned Events products to the appropriate audiences.
- Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all Seasoned Events / Crown Partnership products and effectively communicate the benefits of using these products through the marketing
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products.

**ADMINISTRATION**
- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities.
- Plan diary to make effective use of working day.
- Produce and present monthly reports of previous month activity and plans for the following month

**GENERAL**
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
- Represent Seasoned Events and Crown Partnership in a professional manner at all times.
- Undertake all responsibilities with reference to Crown Partnership procedures.
- Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record in line with Company Policy.
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Director.
