Working with a number of top brands including, Nike, Google, Amazon and more, creating content for sponsors has been a key focus.

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our growing media team.

We required a Videographer/ Editor, (with the ability to take photos) who has a keen eye for shooting and editing snappy social media worthy content as well as long form.

In a world where content is king on all formats, being able to be flexible with the type of content you create is a must. We create content on youtube, instagram and desire to venture deeply into tiktok and facebook.

You will need to be familiar with different cameras, and lighting equipment for studio type formats, but versatile enough to capture content on just a phone.

**Duties to include but not limited to**:

- Shoot Edit and uploading content for Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Edit content & lead team of Editors to edit on brand providing editorial feedback and direction
- Create, and distribute short form content across all platforms
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all social media channels
- Create and maintain an ongoing content calendar & scheduling using appropriate tools e.g. Hootsuite,
- Manage the supply of video clips including shorts, reels & long form content
- Manage and own all clips and folders
- Research on what content is performing well on platforms, in order to advise on channels’ content needs, and generate ideas
- Devise and implement audience development strategies for all platforms to increase viewing and follower number
- Write/design or optimize metadata and thumbnails on all videos.
- Keep up to date with platform updates and trends and work with team to make make corresponding recommendations and pivots for our channels
- Monitor daily performance on a video, format, title, and channel level - flagging noteworthy indicators and suggesting optimization pivots based on initial data
- promotional and marketing campaigns
- Managing and setting up studio & lighting equipment for talking head style content inc. podcast
- Picking up the camera fly on the wall style and be ready to capture at the drop of a hat
- Storyboard out edits and drive the creation of the content
- Identify viral editing trends and execute them
- Own and manage files and drives
- Esure finished edits and files are uploaded to the drive and shared with stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
