Now they are working on taking an existing podcast further and upping video content production for brands, our founder and the team are excited with the power of content to build and engaged following.

We are looking for a skilled videographer and editor to take all forms of video and audio content to the next level

We are looking for a technically skilled videograher editor with amazing audio skills.

In a world where content is king on all formats, you must be proficient with uploading onto all social media platforms for content distribution:
including but not limited to:

- Audio boom
- Youtube
- Youtube shorts
- Instagram reels
- Tiktok
- **Responsibilities**_

1. You will be required to be the camera and audio operator for all content shot in person 2 days a week

2. You will hold and manage all files and be responsible for organising and backing these up accordingly

3. You will be responsible for the edits and distributing all content to support remote editors to as needed.

4. You will upload and schedule all long form and short form content onto all social media platforms

- You will need to be familiar with different cameras, and lighting equipment for studio type formats,
- You must be obsessed with Audio and Video, we want the content to feel and look the best in the market
- You must be proficient in editing and distributing long-form and short-form content on all social media platforms
- Your file management and organisation skills will have to be top tier as we work with a range of people and content being lost is not an option
- **Duties to include but not limited to**:_
- Shoot Edit and uploading content for Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Edit content & lead team of Editors to edit on brand providing editorial feedback and direction
- Create, and distribute short form content across all platforms
- Manage the supply of video clips including shorts, reels & long form content
- Manage and own all clips and folders
- Research on what content is performing well on platforms, in order to advise on channels’ content needs, and generate ideas
- Write/design or optimize metadata and thumbnails on all videos.
- Keep up to date with platform updates and trends and work with team to make make corresponding recommendations and pivots for our channels
- Monitor daily performance on a video, format, title, and channel level - flagging noteworthy indicators and suggesting optimization pivots based on initial data
- Storyboard out edits and drive the creation of the content
- Identify viral editing trends and execute them
- Own and manage files and drives
- Ensure finished edits and files are uploaded to the drive and shared with stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From £29,442.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
