I'm looking for a creative all-rounder to help take my content to the next level… someone who lives and breathes social, has sharp instincts for trends, and loves making content that people
actually
want to watch.

If you're equal parts filmmaker, editor, trend-spotter, organiser, and storyteller… this one's for you.

Trend Spotting & Ideation

  • Monitor TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and wider culture for trends, formats, sound bites, and moments worth jumping on
  • Pitch daily/weekly ideas aligned to my voice, style, and audience.
  • Develop concepts that elevate the brand and expand reach

Content Creation

  • Shoot high-quality vertical content in a range of environments (restaurants, travel, lifestyle shoots, behind-the-scenes, interviews).
  • Confident using phone or camera setups, mics, and basic lighting.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short-form videos quickly and creatively in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
  • Add captions, graphics, transitions, and storytelling elements that fit current platform expectations.
  • Maintain a consistent tone, pace, and style.

Social Media Management

  • Assist with scheduling, posting, analytics tracking, and light community engagement.
  • Optimise content based on platform algorithms and performance insights.

What I'm Looking For

  • Proven experience
    creating
    and
    editing
    short-form content - ideally with a portfolio or social account showing your work.
  • A genuine passion for TikTok/IG Reels/Shorts and understanding of hooks, humour, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Experience filming on a phone or camera.
  • Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro preferred).
  • Ability to travel when needed.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A good sense of humour is a must.
  • Interest in food, travel, lifestyle or docu-style content.
