**Job Description** Manager, Global Talent Partners

We are back in business and have two brand new ships joining our fleet soon. This means that our team is expanding, and we have number of opportunities for you to join us in this exciting time.

**The Role**

This role leads the relationship with various Global Talent Partners across the world,

to ensure that the process for recruiting and onboarding staff for our ships is running efficiently. You will support in the delivery of the Fleet People Operations goals and continuous improvement agenda. Working collaboratively, you will support in theappointment and development of new providers and in new markets in order to recruit best in class teams members for our ships.

Your focus will be on developing relationships, driving and implementing service standard frameworks, ensuring that you understand their processes and operations and seeking areas for improvement.

As part of your role, you will monitor performance by analysing available data to gain insight into the performance of each partner to seek areas for improvement, carry out audits and address any areas of concern.

**About You**

Your strong communication and analytical skills, coupled up with drive for continuous improvement, will enable you to succeed in this role. You must have previous experience with managing third party services, ideally within international context, and manageand deliver change.
