**Job description**
**LOCATION: Mobile between units in Birmingham, Kinver, Black Country, Wolverhampton and Redditch.**
Edgeview homes is a leading care provider in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. We are a growing modern care business and we need likeminded individuals to join our excellent team.
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who is assertive, self motivated, hard working and with excellent empathy to join our team. Working closely with the CEO and wider Operations Team within the mental health and learning Disability care sector, you will provide a full and excellent HR service to the operations and management team including managing all types of employee and industrial relations issues, all types of hearings, involvement in defending employment Tribunal claims, development and provision of training to the operations team and caring staff, assisting with HR projects and setting up, reviewing and maintaining HR systems, records and data to ensure compliance with all HR related legal obligations.

You will need to be CIPD qualified to at least level 5 diploma level **or** have equivalent other qualifications such as, for example, proven successful experience being an employment solicitor with some managerial responsibilities. You will need to have a full UK driving licence as the role is mobile between units and a clean enhanced DBS report (obtained at the point of acceptance of the job offer).
Proven knowledge of, or experience in working in, the care sector and/or dealing with health and safety issues is desirable but not essential.
