About the Role:

· Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.

· Prepare and issue HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, and policy updates.

· Ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently.

· Track right to work checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

· Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

· Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, absence rates, and turnover, as required.

· Provide accurate and timely employee data to the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing.

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR Administration role - essential

  • Knowledge of HR Databases - desirable

  • Basic understanding of Employment legislation - desirable

  • Competent using Microsoft Office - essential
