We're looking for a Junior Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a key member of the Customer Service Department you will be a central point of contact for all our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Taking & inputting telephone orders
- Responding to customer enquires and supplying quotations for their projects
- Responding and resolving customer queries and complaints
- Supporting our samples department to ensure all customer requests are responded to effectively
- Providing great product advice
- Supporting our showroom sales

**Ideal Person**
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Complaint handling experience
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn

**Additional Requirements**
- Tile knowledge would be an advantage although full product training will be given
- An interest in interior products/design would also be an advantage
- Sales experience would be an advantage

**About The Stone & Tile Company**

We design and import the finest porcelain, natural stone & Mosaic wall and floor tiles from our partner factories around the world. Stocking in high volumes at our local warehousing in, Coalville we are able to deliver throughout the UK via our preferred logistics company. We also take pride in communicating our inspirational products and ideas via all social media feeds. We have designed our website to be fresh and modern to give our customers the confidence to view our products on-line, prior to ordering either by phone or on-line.

**Salary**: £14,500.00-£18,500.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
