Attractive location - executive offices at Chester Business Park with free parking.
Hybrid / remote working (3 days office / 2 days at home)
**Salary**: £19-22k DOE + commission-based pay + enhanced benefits package (25 days holiday + Bank holidays, car discount scheme, 4% contributory pension scheme, 3X Life Assurance cover and employer discount schemes).They are a close knit team with a very positiveculture. Role overview: Working in the Sales Team, building strong relationships with retailers, exploring sales opportunities through available reports & the distribution of daily stock files with a view to pro-actively sell vehicles and achieve monthly targets.
Sales Support Executive duties & responsibilities:
- To provide support & contribute to achieving team sales target.
- Proactive outbound service calls with known or new retailers.
- Engage with vehicle buyers and sellers and help promote the new tools and features of their online auction platform.
- Update the customer database with relevant information.
- Forming both professional and productive relationships with area managers and retailers.
- Daily phone contact & planning with area managers.
- Handling incoming sales calls in a professional and effective manner.
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- A strong interest in working in a sales role and /or have experience of working in a Sales Support Executive, Telesales, Car Sales Executive, Account Manager or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Confident and highly professional phone manner.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Enjoy working as part of a busy team.
