We are excited to be working exclusively on behalf of an award-winning telecommunications business based in Chester for driven and motivated Sales Executives to join their growing team. As Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business,using all methods at your disposal. You will up-sell new products and emerging technologies into the existing base to drive company growth and support client growth. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator, with the abilityto effectively question customers in order to establish their needs.

It is essential that you have a passion for sales, are proactive and self-motivated and use excellent organisational skills to maximise your time, ready to take the next step in your sales career. If you draw energy from being part of an ambitious and growingteam, are driven to succeed and progress with your career then this role would be perfect for you You will be office-based working within an award winning and well-established sales team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities using all methods at your disposal
- Up-sell new products and emerging technologies into our existing base to drive our growth and support client growth
- Comprehensively understand the product range and proactively maximise all sales opportunities
- Utilise Client Engagement strategy to strengthen relationships and successfully retain clients
- Support Clients as they navigate through digital transformation
- Liaise regularly with network and industry specific organisations on behalf of the Client
- Managing follow up calls effectively and maintaining a stable pipeline
- Actively developing and maintaining knowledge of product offering, competitors and market
- Handle objections and negotiate/close deals with new and existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service in line with company values
- Work to quarterly individual and team targets
- Meeting / exceeding all set KPI’s

- Industry experience desirable but not essential

**Salary and Benefits**
- £24,000 OTE £28,000
- Up to 26 Days (incl. Christmas) Holiday increasing over time
