Join us as a Sales Associate for Private Financing
- We’re looking for an experienced analyst with markets experience to help us unlock our customers’ potential
- You’ll be working closely with colleagues across our bank to provide a powerful proposition for our customers

**What you'll do**:
As a Sales Associate for our Private Financing business, you’ll be responsible for originating, structuring and executing financing and solutions transactions for our financial institution customers. With a firm focus on deepening your customer relationships, you’ll partner with colleagues across the bank to deliver sustainable value and positive outcomes for our customers, gaining unique experience along the way that will bring a competitive edge to your professional profile and open doors to future career success.

Day to day, you’ll be:

- Providing our full suite of Private Financing offerings and services, including Fund Financing, Speciality Finance, Repo and Risk Transformation, Derivatives and Advisory
- Supporting senior members of the Private Financing Sales team to originate and execute European business transactions
- Helping to implement our Private Financing strategy across multiple dimensions, including our customer offering, cultural shift, revenue targets, cost management and balance sheet
- Meeting financial objectives, revenue and costs to deliver a sustainable and robust business P&L stream and risk profile

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with a background in financial markets and broad knowledge of the European sponsors market and financial institutions.

An understanding of structured products, asset classes or other relevant product areas would be an advantage.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- Relevant experience in a front office role, preferably in customers sales or origination
- Great analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
