**Location**: Charles Hurst Head Office; Boucher Road, Belfast

**Working hours**: 37.5; Monday-Friday 08:45-17:00

**Salary**:£28,000- £32,000

John Carson (Head Office Accountant) is on the hunt for a ‘Purchase Ledger Team Leader’ to come and join his well-established team within a full-time office-based position.

Within this role you will report directly into John Carson and support a team of seven 'Purchase Ledger Administrators' on a day-to-day basis whilst also promoting their personal development and growth.
- Maintaining company’s purchase ledger with the assistance of the team
- Reconciling supplier statements to accounts for payments
- Ensuring supplier reconciliations and payments are evenly distributed to the team and updating supplier information to our internal DMS
- Reconciling manufacturer purchase ledger accounts taken by DD
- Reviewing the purchase ledger team’s weekly purchase ledger payment reconciliations
- Ensuring all documents are processed on time and fully completed for month end close as well as liaising with internal management and external customers
- Assisting with closedown of purchase ledger at month end
