**Position**: Support Worker for Children aged 16+ within Supported Accommodation
**Location**: Enfield & Ilford, North East London
**Salary**: £1800 - £3300 per month
**Start Date**: Aug / Sep 2024
**Work Schedule**:
- **Minimum**: 2 Day Shifts & 3 Sleeping Night Shifts including weekends
- **Maximum**:3 Day Shifts & 5 Sleeping Night Shifts including weekends
- **Day Shift**:8am - 6pm
- **Sleeping Night Shift**: 6pm - 8am (Sleeping Hours: 12-7am)
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Current DBS (within last 12 months).
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience working with 16-18-year-old Care Leavers.
- Must be available to work nights and weekend shifts.
- Must be permitted to work in the UK

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and mentor a group of young individuals.
- Keep accurate daily logs, monthly reports, and incident records using our bespoke IT system.
- Participate in monthly supervisions with experienced social workers.
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas.
- Ensure cover is arranged for escort duties as necessary.
- Adhere to established shift patterns as allocated monthly.
