St Andrews Links is a dynamic organisation responsible for the world's most renowned public golf complex. Recognised around the world as the Home of Golf, St Andrews Links is home to the world’s most famous Links; the Old Course; six other award-winning courses, a state-of-the-art Golf Academy, three Clubhouses and five retail stores.

We are currently looking for a Reservations Assistant to join our Reservations team on a permanent basis to provide a quality reservations service ensuring customer service levels are delivered and maintained at all times.
- Undertaking administrative duties in all areas of the Reservations operation:

- Commercial Tee Times
- Individual Course Reservations
- Local Club Fixtures & Ties
- Offers & Packages
- Old Course Ballot
- Private Advance Tee Times
- St Andrews Links Official Partner Tee Times & Events
- Yearly Tickets
- Process bookings and payments according to The Home of Golf's policy and procedure.
- Answering of telephone calls, external and internal, to the reservations department in a professional manner.
- Providing customers with accurate information and knowledge of the links and surrounding area.
- Providing internal departments with accurate information.
- Dealing with cash/floats and safe deposits.
- Understanding and following the The Home of Golf’s policy on Health and Safety.
- Undertaking any other duties required.
