The customer service team are first and foremost brand ambassadors who provide a professional and engaging experience to our clients’ loyal customers. You are the voice of our business and therefore you will need to ensure your personality, professionalism and engaging personality comes through in the form of exceptional customer experience.
**The Role**:
As a customer service advisor, you are responsible for providing a quick, effortless, and exceptional customer service experience to our clients’ customers via a variety of platforms such as: telephony, live chat, case management or back office.
Whatever the platform you are working on, you will work in our vibrant contact centre in Salford Quays and will receive full training on:
- **Live Chat**: Dealing with customers via live chat platform
- **Back Office**: dealing with task management for customers via order processing
- **Telephony**: dealing with customer queries via inbound telephone calls
The types of queries you will deal with will range from order processing, general account queries and amendments, billing queries and technical support, depending on the customer support requirements.

**Salary**:
**£21,000 p/a basic salary**
- **£500** one-time bonus on successful completion of probation (6mths)
- Increase in salary after one year service to **£21,500 p/a**
**# In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn bonus through incentive initiatives throughout the year**
**What we are looking for**:
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (any industry sector)
- You will have a natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to build rapport quickly with customers regardless of the platform
- You will have good listening skills and be intuitive to identify and react to how customers are feeling and be able to respond in a positive and engaging manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good spelling and grammar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to targets but ensure customer experience is your primary focus
**Training**:
- 8 weeks fully paid training Mon
- Fri 9am to 5:30pm (Consumer)
- 4 weeks fully paid training Mon - Fri 9am to 5:30pm (Business)
**Working Hours**:
You will work 40hrs (working 5 days out of 7)
- Consumer Operation Hours currently working between 9am and 6pm
- Business Operation Hours currently working between 8am and 8pm
**We do require full flexibility between 8am and 10pm should the client wish to enforce full operational hours.**
