We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Marketing Assistant** to join our team. If you have a passion for social media, excellent time management skills, and a knack for building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Keep up to date with the latest **social media trends** and best practices.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across social media platforms.
- Maintain **strong attention to detail** when crafting and reviewing posts.
- Ensure high-quality written communication with a **good standard of English**.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and engagement effectively.
- Bring a **spark of creativity** to campaigns and content creation.
- Use design tools such as **Canva** or **Adobe Express** (preferred).
- Monitor and analyse social media engagement and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal projects considered).
- Strong **time management** skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using Canva/Adobe Express (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas for engagement.
- Previous experience in customer engagement or marketing is a plus.
