Marketing Content Coordinator (Part-Time | Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)

**Hours**:Part-Time, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)**

We’re looking for a **creative, hands-on Marketing Content Coordinator** to join our friendly team on a **part-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract**. If you love social media, photography, and storytelling — and want to see your work make a real difference — this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same You’ll spend time both in the office and out on-site, capturing the stories behind stunning landscaping projects and sharing them across our digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media in line with our **2026 Social Media Plan**.
- Engage with followers — reply to comments, messages, and reviews while keeping the **#TheLandscaperChoice** tag active.
- Visit customer sites to **photograph and film projects**, including **before-and-after transformations** and **customer testimonials**.
- Create short, engaging videos of **product use, team activities, and deliveries**.
- Edit content into **reels, testimonial clips, and long-form videos** for YouTube and our website.
- Write attention-grabbing captions that reflect our brand’s friendly, professional tone.
- Organise all photography and footage in our shared marketing drive.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals, ensuring logos, colours, and fonts are always on point.
- Share weekly updates with the Marketing Manager on new content and ideas.
- Support campaigns, events, and community activities.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a creative eye and an organised mind — someone who can spot a great story and bring it to life through photo, video, and social media.

**You’ll need**:

- Experience creating and managing social media content for a business or brand.
- Strong photography and video skills — confident using tools like **Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut**.
- Great writing skills for captions and posts.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
- **A full UK driving licence - essential**, as you’ll visit customer sites for photo and video shoots.
