With a reputation for quality and excellence, we continually strive to develop our brand. We are therefore looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing team to support with the end-to-end resourcing and onboarding of our new talent.
**What your day-to-day tasks will look like**:

- Ensure all job roles are advertised correctly on our ATS and social media
- Liaise with external recruitment partners ensuring value for money
- To assist in the organisational design of teams as the business continues to grow
- Talent bank a database of CVs.
- Deliver interviewing skills training if required

**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Passionate about conversations

- Not afraid to challenge if things are not right
- Excellent admin with previous ATS knowledge
- Minimum 2 years previous recruitment experience

Contract Type: Permanent

**Salary**: CIRCA £38,000
