**We are a rapidly expanding lighting design company We work across a variety of stunning homes and commercial properties in the Cotswolds and South of England.**

We are looking for someone who is an energetic and engaging salesperson to join our growing business. Ideally to have proven experience in sales, cognitively quick and a great attention to detail.

**Your responsibilities outlined**:

- Being the first point of contact in new sales; handling customer and supplier calls with energy and following up enquiries.
- Identifying potential new sales products and evaluation of attributes and profit margins.
- Generating quotations, following them through to invoice and closing of sale.
- Engage with customers via our website’s online chat feature, converting to sales.
- Contacting and meeting with new and existing potential sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Continuous improvement of new customer experience and customer contact processes.
- After sales contact for customer review building and customer recommendations/ future expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features and liaising with our in-house web developers of these.
- Work experience in sales or sales support
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- A real team player who can work well with others
- Computer literacy

Based in a modern office, just outside of Gloucester (5 minutes from the train station), with a fantastic kitchen/social area, free tea and coffee (always important), free off road parking available and a lovely team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
