Field Sales Representative – Renewable Energy – Commission Only – Gloucestershire (30 mile radius)
The Role

Margav Energy is a leader in renewable energy solutions, helping homes and businesses reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.
We are looking for confident and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This commission-only role is ideal for self-starters who are comfortable working independently and driven by results.
You will be selling renewable energy products, including solar PV systems and energy efficiency solutions, to residential and commercial customers. Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative:
- Meet customers face-to-face to close qualified leads
- Explain the financial and environmental benefits of renewable energy
- Carry out site assessments to understand customer needs
- Present tailored proposals and manage the full sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep up to date with product updates and industry trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

The Person
- Proven success in sales (solar, energy, home improvement, or similar sectors preferred)
- Confident communicator and effective negotiator
- Motivated, goal-focused, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with commission-only pay
- Access to reliable transport and willing to travel locally
- Basic knowledge of renewable energy is helpful but not essential
- Preferable: Proven experience in a field sales representative role
