We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work **bank shifts at St. Augustines**.

**Cygnet St Augustine’s** is a 32 bed specialist high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

**Your day-to-day**
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
