Colas’ HR team are based at head office in Solihull, Birmingham and support the business nationwide with all HR administration, Learning and Development, HR Business Partnering and Recruitment. We’re looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join our friendlyteam - you’ll work as part of a team of 4 administrators who support with documenting the employee journey, however, this role will be more systems/reporting based and mentored by the HR Systems Manager. It’s not essential to have previous systems/reportingexperience, but you must have a keen interest in a future career within this niche.
