**Responsibilities**
- Represent leading brands through direct face-to-face engagement in residential, event-based, or B2B settings.
- Deliver excellent customer service and help build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and feedback.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
