**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a Product Owner with domain expertise and product management experience, ideally from a similar sector, such as a marketplace or logistics business.
As our positions rely heavily on communication with key stakeholders in both business and engineering realms, it is vital you have excellent interpersonal skills
You'll be part of a team which influences and guides a multi-year roadmap in order to deliver enterprise-grade solutions within the last mile logistics sector.
**Responsibilities as a Product Owner**:
- Taking ownership of a product involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and drive the execution
- Work closely with Tech leads to ensure the team is steered in the right direction in terms of product(s) and business priorities
- Carry out product management which includes APIs and manage the domain boundaries between related products
- Manage any conflicting priorities by communicating clearly and drive a high level focus and excellence with a strong and talented team
- Identify and remove impediments faced by the team by working with your Lead Product Manager and other stakeholders and proactively flag any risks or delays in your commitments
- Drive the acceptance and adoption of ideas and improvements with senior management and engineering stakeholders
- Prioritise, coordinate and communicate the resolution of live product issues independently
- Manage program backlogs
**Requirements**:
**Required skills and experience needed as a Product Owner**:
- Experience in delivering software products
- A keen understanding of prioritisation, negotiation, and decision-making needs in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in an agile delivery framework, strategy and planning
- A methodical and analytical approach, great problem-solving skills and can provide logical answers to complex problems
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage strong partnerships with business stakeholders and IT partners at multiple levels
- Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation
- PHP, Laravel & MongoDB knowledge (desirable)
- Experience with tools such as Jira is (highly desirable)
