As the **Process Engineer** you will be responsible for the reduction in variation of processes, being a primary resource in continuous improvement efforts, problem solving, and process development and control, to meet customer requirements.This is a day shift Monday to Friday position.
- Support production with the objective of reducing the cost of poor quality to the company and its customers
- Root cause analysis for the development and implementation of corrective actions to address nonconformance issues
- Develop understanding of process routing and continually strive to improve and optimise the routes
- Assess and initiate opportunities for improving yield, reducing costs, and improving workflow
- Lead investigations into any process issues affecting product quality
- Development of Processes and Standard Operating Procedures, which will be centered around best practice principles, working in conjunction with Cell Leaders, Self-Managed Teams and Process Owners to support these objectives
- Carry out risk analysis based on process performance to assess risk of process failure
- Take ownership of problems, work with all resources available to get the best long-term solution and manage the change
- Document and manage changes, so that they are permanently adhered to

To be successful in this role of **Process Engineer**we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment, ideally within a Technical or Engineering role
- Degree in Engineering (or working towards the completion of a degree)
- Previous Process Engineering experience would be highly desirable
- Project Management experience
- Experience in engineering problem solving, process and equipment design
- Application of fault-finding techniques such as 8D and the use of FMEA
