Tate are delighted to be working alongside a well-established Food Science company who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their team. We are looking for an individual with strong customer service skills and experience, who will be able to provide effective and efficient customer service to a range of new and existing customers.

This permanent position offers a variety of employee benefits along with training, the opportunity to shape the role into your own and the opportunity for long term growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing customer accounts.
- Fulfil all enquiries received by sales/scientist teams
- Making outbound calls to follow up web enquires
- Providing information and advice on company products and services
- Create new customers through new lead conversion or unfulfilled enquiries
- Proactive calling to new customers, welcoming them to the business

**Key skills and Experience**
- Customer Service experience
- Previous experience where customer contact is regular
- Customer relationship building with prospective and existing customers
- A strong ability to communicate articulately in both written and verbal formats
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to handle objections and overcome them
- Having a good work ethic and to be self-motivated
- Interest in Food Safety/Food science.
- Good time management
- Problem solving skills
