We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our friendly team in our office based just outside York. You will join a busy and organised department who work collaboratively to deliver a first-class service. You will need to have excellent data entry skills as this role requires a high level of accuracy, both when speaking to our customers and capturing their requests in an order on our internal system. You must have a good command of English and numeracy.

**WORKING PATTERN **- Our Customer Services team work flexibly together to get the job done. This role is 37.5 hours per week and will cover a shift pattern of 7.5 hours per day between the hours 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 - 17:30 on a Friday (with an unpaid break of 1 hour) and up to 3 hours on a Sunday (working from home on a rota basis).

You may be required to work some Bank Holidays and will receive payment or time off in lieu for these days.

**WORK LOCATION **- Our York office is based in Upper Poppleton, and we are currently operating 4 days in the office and 1 day at home. If you are working a Sunday shift this will be from home. During the training period, you will be required to work in the office 5 days per week.
