We’re on the lookout for a talented Content and Campaign Specialist to join our friendly, ambitious marketing team. This role is all about creating and managing content that resonates with our audience and designing campaigns that achieve our marketing goals. You’ll play a crucial part in building our brand’s voice, engaging our target audience, and supporting our lead generation efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focusing on client retention, cross-selling opportunities, and new customer acquisition.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget are met.
- Collaborate with our graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Develop engaging content plans that align with our marketing goals.
- Write clear and compelling content including articles, case studies and social media posts.
- Ensure all content is on brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and optimised for search engines.
- Tailor content to address the specific needs of our audience, ensuring it’s both helpful and relevant.
- Develop and manage co-branded content with our key partners to extend the reach of our content.
- Analyse audience data to create content and campaigns that meet their needs and interests.
- Foster engagement by interacting with our audience through various channels.
- Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
**About you**
- 3+ years' experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation techniques.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
