We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing Communications Specialist to join the Envision AESC UK team to improve brand awareness ahead of large-scale recruitment for their new world-class and innovative mass manufacturing Gigafactory.This isa unique opportunity to join one of the most exciting, large-scale industrial developments in many years, where new and emerging technologies will be adopted in support of the rapidly growing electric vehicle marketplace
**The role**
This is a newly created position, reporting to the Senior HR Manager and European Communications Manager, where you will manage and improve Envision AESC communication flows internally and externally, whilst promoting a positive public image of the company.You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multi task and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, you should be innovative, organised and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving strategic messagesinternally and externally.
**Responsibilities**
- Research and write press releases, and content for the company website, infographics, blogs and newsletters
- Provide advice, guidance and direction to support internal communications
- Coordinate external and internal communications flow
- Coordinate events, seminars and press conferences
- Write, produce, and edit high-quality communications across all external channels, tailoring content to different audiences as appropriate, including social and digital media
- Work with internal colleagues, agencies, and partners to source engaging evidence, data and case studies, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
- Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media and key external role-players.
- Lend support in managing press relations and co-ordinating responses to media enquiries as required
- Ensure a range of ‘good news’ stories and actively promote these through PR strategy
- Support branding and design, ensuring communications are visible and accessible
**About you**
- Ideally have a minimum of four years’ experience within a similar role
- Degree qualified in public relations, communications or similar relevant field (advantageous)
- Experience and knowledge in content writing, proof reading and editing
- Proven experience as a Communications Specialist
- Proven social media and networking experience - develop and maintain strong internal and external networks
- The ability to travel as and when required
