Davies Resourcing Group are working with a London based professional services business, currently just outside the top UK top 10 professional services businesses, with ambitions to grow and achieve a spot in the top 10 within the next year. The organisationis based in the City of London, and operating on a hybrid working model.
This is a permanent position paying a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, and reports into the L&D Manager. The purpose of this role is primarily to focus on designing and delivering L&D opportunities to those in recently qualified client-facingroles and those in business operations and secretarial roles. The Learning & Development Advisor will help to execute the over-arching learning and development strategy and will focus on all elements of the learning cycle for their relevant populations.
Key responsibilities held in this role will include:

- Review Personal Development Plans to identify L&D needs
- Build Firm knowledge and create a network to understand individual and team dynamics which might impact on existing or future L&D offerings
- Work collaboratively with counterparts in other People team streams to understand their relevant populations and provide a joint-up People team service
- Combine LNA information and specialist knowledge to create relevant L&D interventions e.g. in-person workshops, written guidelines, knowledge shares, webinars, mentoring schemes etc.
- Work with external training providers to design and deliver inclusion-based learning interventions
- Deliver and co-deliver in-person and virtual workshops

Essential skills & experience required for this role include:

- Shares the firm’s desire to help our people succeed
- Ideally has previous experience within Professional Services
- Proactive mindset and is confident working autonomously
- Professional and confident with a can-do attitude and the ability to forge strong professional relationships
- Team-orientated approach
- A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with individuals at all levels
- Ideally a member of the CIPD with a level 5 (or equivalent) qualification
- 3+ years Learning & Development experience
