**We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic L&D Advisor to join our client at this exciting stage of growth In this role, you will coordinate, host and deliver the organisation’s core L&D programmes via virtual and face-to-face delivery.**:**This job aligns to the LPI’s Capability Map** see how

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and administrate L&D programmes delivered virtually and face-to-face
- Manage training records and processes
- Work with senior members of the team to identify learning needs across business functions
- Assist with the design of new learning interventions that support the overall L&D strategy
- Deliver training modules and facilitate innovative L&D solutions virtually and in person
- Agree appropriate timescales for completion of tasks

**Skills**:

- Confident in delivering basic soft skills training
- Strong organisational skills with capability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Driven, curious and keen to learn

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment in an LD role
- Experience of coordinating or hosting virtual training delivery
- Some experience of presenting or facilitating soft skills training

**Education**:

- LD related qualifications are beneficial but not essential
