This standalone role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong stakeholder management skills, and is passionate about delivering high-quality learning and talent solutions across the business. **This role is 5 days a week in the office and can be considered on a part time 4 day per week basis. Performance & Talent Management Management of the annual performance cycle, including objective-setting, mid-year reviews and year-end appraisals. Support company-wide talent initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning and management development programmes. Manage the Executive Coaching offering, ensuring appropriate use of the coaching panel, clear outcomes, and cost control. Support the delivery of learning and development activity for interns and placement students, working closely with our charity partner, The Brokerage, and the wider HR team. Provide support to the Talent & Development Manager contributing to the design, build and testing of the Performance, Talent and Learning modules in Workday. Learning & Development Delivery Coordinate all L&D activities end-to-end, including programme administration, scheduling and handling employee queries. Conduct the annual development needs analysis in partnership with senior leaders to define priorities and inform budget planning. Roll out soft-skills and technical training programmes to employees across the organisation. Manage e-learning and mentoring platforms to drive engagement and learning uptake. Manage best-in-class external training providers and partners. Oversee the professional qualifications and sponsorship process. Forecast, manage and monitor the talent budget, ensuring spend is optimised and supports an effective L&D strategy. Skills, Experience & Competencies Proven experience in Talent Development / Learning & Development, ideally within Financial Services. Workday experience is highly desirable. A credible communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels. Clear, concise and numerate, with strong organisational skills. Calm, pragmatic and able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Resilient, delivery-focused and comfortable working at pace in a high-demand environment.
