**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Coordinator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, we want to hear from you.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with a can do attitude, to join our Minor Projects team.
As a Coordinator, you will ensure that our systems, liabilities, complaints and information is up to date and accurate. You will also work with the wider business to improve communications on repairs, maintenance, and surveying matters using customer feedback and experience to improve the service offered. You will deliver a customer focused administrative service to a high standard of accuracy.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritise an ever changing workload. You will also need excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with our customers and colleagues across the business.
This role is being offered on a
**full time**,
**permanent** basis and will be based in our
**Exeter** office. A hybrid working style is an option.
To be considered for the role of Administrator, you will be / have:
- Experience working in an administrative or office environment
- A good level of attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- A flexible attitude
- A natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
