DBR Builders (NW) Ltd is a highly successful company in the property development industry that has over a decade of experience.
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Office Administrator, eager to work with a dynamic team of Managers/Directors and have responsibility for all the admin within the office.
You will undergo a 3 month trial period leading to permanent employment if successful.
This is a full time, permanent role with an immediate start available.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- Experience within the Office Admin role preferably within the Construction sector
- Good attention to detail is essential
- Flexible approach to working hours with occasional overtime work as per the needs of the business
- Willingness to learn and work hard in a busy environment, in return we will provide all the training and support you need to develop within your role and progress further within the company’s structure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written & verbal
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), general computer knowledge
- Ability to prioritise and work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time in order to meet deadlines
- You will be an energetic, lively and ambitious person, resourceful with can-do attitude
- Discretion & Professionalism, experience handling sensitive and confidential information
**What will your role look like?**
- Have accurate data entry and checking skills, document collation and recording
- Maintaining digital filing systems - keeping things organized
- Support the Director and Managers
- Reading documents and filling out the forms
- Basic Bookkeeping, Managing timesheets
- Contact the vendors, solicitors, brokers, Local Authorities, utility supplies etc.
- Researching information
- Keeping track of deliveries
