This Finance Business Partner role is the bridge between finance and the wider business, supporting both the commercial and operational teams. You needto build sound relationships with key internal stakeholders, whilst gaining an understanding of the management information that is essential to maximize business opportunities and profitability. You will work closely with senior management throughout the businessand have the opportunity to influence decision making at all levels.
- Take the lead on budgeting and forecasting for this entity
- Build and maintain a strong relationship between finance and the wider business inclusive of external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Commercial team, take the lead on all pricing models ensuring the desired outcomes are clearly defined and communicated.
- Month end duties and compiling P&Ls
- Take the lead on maintaining and developing the key business matrix for revenue, variable gross profit percentage, EBITDA and external profit
- Work with the business leaders and other internal stake holders to assist their understanding and translate business opportunities and risks in a succinct and articulate way.
- Implement KPIs and develop reporting methods to communicate relevant management information such as trends
- Provide analysis and recommendations on key ratios of the business.
- Produce management reports on a regular and adhoc basis as required
- Provide specific analysis in respect of the consolidated payroll report and any payroll trends.
- Support the head office finance team where required with elements such as month end reporting.

To be succesfull you need to be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in operational finance.
