The organisation is committed to delivering excellence through its financial operations and seeks a skilled interim professional to join its team.Job DescriptionKey ares of responsibility:Define and develop a detailed P&L for FleetWork with Fleet Team to identify each line item required to be included in the detailed P&L for FleetConduct analysis of newly created P&L for Fleet to enable:Understanding of where exaggerated costs existHighlight repeated costsHighlight costs that are inconsistent/over-inflated/suspicious for investigationHighlight where Capex costs have slipped through to the P&L, rather than being captured as assetsSupport with inputting of Fleet cost saving initiativesDefine and develop a solution for inputting extremely high volumes (>1k) of POs per weekDevelop an end-to-end process for PO Requests to PO IssueDevelop a method for providing Head of Fleet with visibility of invoicing from Third Party ProvidersConduct a review all supplier's payment termsAssist in establishing a national pence-per-mile contract for tyresThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner/Senior Analyst from logistics.Experience in dealing with fleet accounting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in financial systems, SAP ideally with strong Excel skills.What's on OfferOverall responsibility for this exciting project.Competitive daily rate, depending on experience - Outside of IR35Hybrid working model being 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.Opportunity to work with a dedicated team.
