This is a great opportunity to join a progressive B2B service provider as a **Finance Analyst**. This is a newly created role as part of a restructure and as **Finance Analyst** you will be a key player in the team providing business support around pricing, financial models, client contract, change orders, management information including a dashboard of productivity metrics. Stakeholder engagement willbe one of your key strengths as you liaise across the business ensuring that business financial performance targets are understood.

As **Finance Analyst** your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain internal and external KPI Dashboards
- Develop and maintain daily financial performance matrix
- Recording all contractual activities and invoicing of external Customers accurately, on time and ensuring that payment is made within the contractual terms.
- Develop and maintain systems to produce delivery notes and capture revenue
- Maintain cost models
- Calculate prices for any service change or and new business opportunity
- Mobilise and demobilise contracts/services
- Maintain client contracts & change orders
- Input all data required for internal and external KPI Dashboards
- Forecast customer requirements
- Plan labour and equipment resource requirements to deliver services
- Provide support to other site managers in problem solving and analysing improvements.
- Provide relevant reporting to all stakeholders

To be successful as **Finance Analyst** you have the following skills and attributes:

- Must have a good standard of education. Degree/BTEC qualification in Business Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience as Finance/Business Analyst or similar in a company environment.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining Dashboards using Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Microsoft Office skills including proven advanced Excel skills
- Advanced business analytical and problem-solving skills
- A natural motivator of people who instils drive and commitment within teams.
- Passion for continuous improvement and attention to detail.
- A detailed and structured approach to work
- Able to converse confidently with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to problem solve in an innovative and flexible manner.
