The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

An elevated hotel experience is built on a foundation of seamless operations. As our Store & Receiving Clerk, you will be the one keeping things running smoothly, ensuring deliveries are received correctly, inventory stays organised, and quality is never compromised. This role is about precision, efficiency, attention to detail and making sure the entire operation runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the arrival, documentation, and storage of all hotel supplies, ensuring every delivery is checked and recorded accurately.
- Inspecting goods to ensure they meet our high standards, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with suppliers when needed.
- Labelling, tracking, and managing inventory to ensure proper stock rotation, minimising waste and maximising efficiency.
- Working across departments to handle supply requests promptly, whether it’s a routine order or a high priority need.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant loading area while following best practices for handling and storing goods.
