Working within the Public Sector industry you will be working within the Finance Team, offering support as a Finance Assistant / Accounts Receivables for the initial period of 3 months, with a view of this being extended beyond this initial period.

**Accounts Receivable Clerk - About The Role**

Working within the UK Corporate Head Office (fully office based with no hybrid working pattern available), primarily reporting into the Finance Manager whereby you will be responsible for administering accounts receivable activities together with an additionalteam of 2 in AR. The responsibilities will include the following:

- Maintain the reconciliation of the bank accounts
- Assist in the management of the corporate credit cards in relation to payment of the monthly statements
- Assist with the management of advances and debtors, including dispatching of invoices, collecting and receipts for debts

**The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk will have**
- Foundation level of accounting qualified or equivalent level of experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ideally experience of working with SAP / Oracle.
