**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire and Security Systems Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering Edinburgh and the Lothians, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and is confident in generating their own leads and building client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct site surveys for fire and security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
- Prepare detailed quotations and system designs based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of surveys and proposals.
- Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fire and security systems surveying.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant systems and standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must reside in Edinburgh or the Lothians.
- Full UK driving licence.

Monday to Friday - 9.00 am to 5.00pm
