For our expanding group of hotels in the UK, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **Recruiter **to work closely with our hotel managers get the best team to service our guests.

You will report to the Group People & Talent Manager in Amsterdam.

You will be based in the UK, ideally near our hotels in Glasgow.

We hope you do not mind travelling, because you are expected to travel (30%) to all our hotels in the UK and occasionally abroad.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Support hotel managers with the end-to-end recruitment of operational positions in the UK region. This region consists of 17 Marriott branded hotels (Moxy Hotels/Courtyard by Marriott/AC Hotels by Marriott).
- Improve/ re-write, post and manage all UK vacancies (online).
- Look for new channels (schools, social media, etc) to create talent pools and improve our current channels
- Have great communication with hotel managers, colleagues and your manager, to keep them updated about current open positions and their status
- Facilitate recruitment days and events for the existing hotels
- Send out offers and contracts and partner with the HR Administrator in Glasgow to guarantee all are following company standards

**REQUIREMENTS**
- You have a minimum of 5 years working experience as a Recruiter, either corporate or agency-side
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or HR management, or comparable experience
- You are computer literate with Microsoft Office
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are allowed to work in the UK. We do not sponsor visas for this role.
- You are fluent in English. Any extra European languages are very welcome
- You remain cool, there is always a solution
- Self-starter, hands-on mentality, driven, motivated and enjoy interacting with a variety of people
