As a Recruiter at Chisholm Hunter, your mission is to play a pivotal role in shaping our team by identifying, attracting, and nurturing top-tier talent. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we continue to deliver unparalleled experience

**Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers across various departments to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs, including short-term and long-term workforce planning.
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation, reference checks, and successful onboarding.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to adapt and enhance our strategies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A background in HR with a specialisation in recruitment would be ideal.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for people and a discerning eye for identifying exceptional talent
