Join us and help make the world a safer place As the Sales Enablement Associate at Silent Eight, you will work closely with Sales leaders to facilitate growth in clientele and revenue by way of research, business development, marketing, public relations, and event management activities. Your overarching focus will be to ensure that Silent Eight is distinctly and enthusiastically represented before all potential customers, at events, in the media, and within the broader industry. **Responsibilities**: - Learn Silent Eight's products and offerings, in order to successfully undertake business development activities and generate event and marketing materials that resonate with current and potential customers - Conduct market scans and gather insights on competitors; proposes innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase company market share - Maintain an accurate record of past business development activities and campaign results to determine the most effective sales and marketing approaches - Generate call lists and important industry events - Drafts proposals and presentations; ensuring quality, accuracy, and appropriate branding - Assumes full ownership for the planning and execution of external trade shows and brand awareness events (budgets and timeline, including event logistics, contracts, financial management, fabrication/graphic/production timelines, vendor timelines, and creative deliverables) - Conducts budgeting analysis before events and conduct effectiveness analysis after events to help SVPs understand the ROI on their budget - Leverages social media to achieve Revenue goals - Work closely with SVP's to ensure optimal lead follow-up processes are in place - Other duties as assigned **Requirements**: - Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, paired with 2+ years of professional sales/marketing/event coordination/public relations experience, or 4+ years of professional sales/marketing/event coordination/public relations experience - Event management and/or sales/marketing experience in a B2B environment is considered an asset - Proven experience and desire to build and execute events from start to finish - Demonstrated experience with branding and key messaging - Experience with graphic design considered an asset - Strong project, vendor, and budget management skills - Detail oriented and self-starting; able to create a plan and execute on all details and deliverables - Ability to travel up to 20%, when travel permits **Our culture** **You will be co-creating our business solutions** We believe that your feedback allows us to create the best solutions as well as adjusted work culture.
