Personal Assistant to Managing Director

- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Must be discreet in handling sensitive and personal information
- Knowledge of social media
- Must be able to type and have excellent skills in letter writing
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with social media marketing
- Dealing with office technology repairs
- Setting up company insurance renewals and price comparables
- Liaising with IT department for office utilities
- Logging weekly staff timesheets
- Logging staff holidays
- Aid with staff contracts
- Attending weekly meetings, minute taking and distribution of minutes and agendas
- Receiving telephone calls and taking detailed messages
- Management of MD diary
- Preparing paperwork for MD meetings
- Typing correspondence
The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake any other ad hoc duties along with business need.
