You will provide hands-on support to the SHE Manager and work alongside the SHE Technician. In this role, you will develop documentation and fulfil strategies for managing and reducing risks. Collaborating with managers across manufacturing, engineering, R&D and support functions, you will contribute to the production and timely review of documentation. As part of the SHE team, you will carry out and support regular SHE inspections. In addition, you will follow-up incidents, near misses and accidents to ensure that appropriate actions are set and taken. You will be a key player in delivering SHE engagement and communication strategies and will be vital to developing our safety culture.
