Gym Instructor (Health & Fitness Advisor) – Part Time @ Knutsford Location: Knutsford Leisure Centre Employment type: Part-time Hours: 11.5 per week Salary: £12.49 hourly (Salary Grade D) or £24,099 pro rata per annum Closing date: 04/12/2025 About the role Health & Fitness Advisors help customers of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals. You will provide engaging inductions, design personalised programmes, and support gym users from beginners to advanced. You will also maintain a safe, clean, and vibrant gym environment. Key responsibilities Deliver personalised gym inductions and workout programmes. Provide support and guidance to gym members, including rehabilitation clients. Ensure the gym is kept safe, clean and welcoming. Collaborate with team members to create a positive membership experience. Assist in training acquisition and career progression such as becoming a Personal Trainer or Duty Manager. Qualifications and skills Level 2 qualification in health and fitness (e.g., Level 2 Diploma in Fitness Training). Passion for helping people achieve their health goals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexibly within a part‑time schedule. What we offer Discounted gym membership.
