**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative individual with a strong interest in video and photography to grow their skills while contributing meaningfully to real client projects. You'll be trusted with responsibility early and supported by a collaborative, ambitious team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit video and photo content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Capture photo and video content during on-site shoots.
- Collaborate with the team to bring creative concepts to life from idea to delivery.
- Support organisation, storage, and archiving of footage, images, and project files.
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of creative processes, tools, and techniques.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in photography and video capture.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop (or equivalent tools).
- Competent camera operator with a good understanding of lenses, lighting, and sound.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and software.

- Able to follow and interpret a brief independently.
- Great attention to detail and professionalism in all deliverables.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

**Package**
- Full-time, permanent.
- Typically, Monday-Friday.
- Salary from £24,000, with opportunities for development and progression within the company.
- Please note: This is an office-based role with some field-based shoots. We’ve found that in-person collaboration is key to the fast-paced, creative, hands-on work we do, and it’s one of the things that makes our team thrive.
