We are looking to recruit paramedics / nurses to be part of our clinical team situated within our combined 111 / 999 service. This rewarding yet challenging role is key to supporting both our residential and visiting population along with our growing team of Health Advisors. The 111 clinical advisers are responsible for the assessment of callers over the telephone / video with a wide variety of clinical presentations, making onward referrals and / or providing advice. The role is supported by the NHS Pathways call triage system.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable people with who are able to work well both as part of a team but also work well using their own initiative. This role can be mentally challenging, diverse and at times fast paced and demanding. You will need to be excellent at communicating, be able to remain calm and focused when under pressure and have good critical thinking skills.
