Founded as an express international courier company, we’ve diversified over the years and now offer a full range of logistics services including; express courier, freight, warehousing and fulfilment.

We are urgently looking for a high energy Customer Service Representative with Customer Serviceexperienceto join our small team in Harmondsworth. Working on a rotating shift basis with an hour for lunch (8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 9am - 6pm office based job). With a vibrant company culture, a relaxed atmosphere and recognising hard work, our staff retention rate is one of the highest in the industry.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be expected to provide best in class customer service to our customers across a variety of sectors including: Finance, Law, Pharma, IT and Retail.

Your role will include:

- Taking phone calls and building rapport with customers
- Data entry and shipment updates
- Tracking shipments all over the world
- Booking third party carrier collections
- Assisting the sales team with quotes
