We are looking for qualified Customer Reps to join our team with the following duties and requirements:

- Placing outbound calls to client customers to follow up on a specific service event or gaining feedback regarding client/contact relationship.
- Provide a quiet office environment free of background noise to perform outbound calls.
- Must provide and maintain a personal computer with updated technology and high speed internet to effectively perform duties.
- Available to work during standard business hours Wednesday through Friday.
- Able to follow written script maintaining a professional and friendly tone, with professional communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge are necessary, adequate typing skills are needed to capture comments during survey efficiently.
- We are currently in need of a fluent to native speaking level Spanish Customer Service Rep to join our team. Must be bilingual in English and your fluent to a native speaking level in your language. Also looking for other languages.
